The Black Canyon Planned Community will have numerous opportunities for commercial ventures whether you are interested in bidding for one of the many upcoming projects within the Community, or would like to set up shop in the area once the Community is complete.

Are you a local vendor interested in bidding on one of the development projects?

While we have several local vendors on board for certain projects, we are still looking for many more. If you are interested, please use our Local Vendor Form. Some upcoming projects include:

Two 18-hole golf courses
Equestrian center consisting of riding trails, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor arenas, barns and pasture area. Also includes development of equestrian trail system
Residential home site development and construction.
Public reservoir access construction including boat docks and beach area
Club house, restaurant and gift shop
Public swimming pool
Tennis courts
Non-motorized public walking trails
Condominiums
Amphitheater
Frontier Depot
Shooting ranges for skeet shooting and game fowl
Planned Community facilities such as a post office, fire station and retail shops.
