Sage Community Resources
Ida-Ore Planning and Development Association inc. DBA Sage Community Resources is a non-profit development organization with the mission of providing assistance and resources for communities in Southwest Idaho to enhance their quality of life through collaborative leadership.
Cupp Design
Bob Cupp of Cupp Design is the golf course architect for the two new golf courses soon to be built in the Black Canyon Planned Community. Visit the web site for more information.
Shadow Butte Development Corp
The Shadow Butte Light Industrial Park will consist of 120 acres, 60 acres fully serviced, and 50 acres now for sale at very affordable prices. The park is zoned light industrial. This will be a well planned and inviting location for your new business or business expansion. Property is now available for light industry, manufacturing or high-tech.
E.D.G.E (Economic Development Grows Economies)
E.D.G.E is a community development organization with the following mission statement: Recognizing the unique qualities of each community, it is our mission to work together for the betterment of Boise County, Gem County, and the cities of Horseshoe Bend, Emmett, and Idaho City. We will move in a direction that provides economic growth while keeping the warmth and hospitality currently generated within our communities.
