About the Black Canyon Partners

We are a local group of investors concerned with conscientious development.

The Black Canyon Planned Community is more than just another housing development. It is also a community. It is a working, living part of the entire region. We understand that we have a responsibility not just to the residents of the Community, but to the region as a whole. That's why whenever it is possible, we are utilizing local vendors and resources for the construction and design of the Community.

The highest standards have been adhered to during the planning of the Community. A complete Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was conducted to determine how the Community would affect the surrounding area. The area was also thoroughly inspected for any endangered or rare species before the engineering plans were developed.

We want to avoid the current trend of residential developments towards overcrowding. While there are some relatively dense residential neighborhoods within the Community, most of the area is dedicated to open land and spacious lots.

A major concern in the development of the Community plans was how the Community would affect local commerce and quality of life. We understand that the best interests of a Community Development are often synonymous with the best interests of the surrounding communities. Thus, the focus of the Black Canyon Planned Community design is to enhance and enrich the local quality of life within and beyond the Community boundaries.
